VIRGINIA, BEACH, VA (ANS) -- The Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN) has announced that it is re-launching its Turning Point show which began in 1977 with the goal of producing an English language program for an African audience.

"The program aired successfully for more than ten years becoming a household name in countries such as Nigeria," Stuart Bennett of CBN International told the ASSIST News Service (ANS). "Its impact can be measured by thousands of letters and e-mails from viewers around the world. But it is probably better judged by the thousands of people who have come to know Jesus Christ through the program."
