Projects:
Germany: Our US Director of Fundraising CBN International, spent time with Andreas at the CBN Germany office. We discussed raising funds for new German programming, planned events and schedules, and even visited partners in Germany. It was a full and worthwhile week.
Macedonia: Peter Darg, our Director, visited the director of the state Macedonia Radio & TV who agreed to broadcast CBN animation specials over Christmas and Easter. This is an important and new development. Please pray for a wonderful relationship that will lead to more CBN programming in Macedonia!
Prayer Points:
Germany:
- We need something like a breakthrough regarding our Prayerline. We still need the right staff for this ministry.
- Street survey 2011: Praise God; we have found a coordinator. Please pray that God will open doors and help us find the right people for the project.
- Production: we are glad about the perspective of 22 new German shows. Many things are in the making at the moment. Pray for wisdom, anointing, and ease in all decisions and efforts connected to that.
UK: Pray for wisdom in reaching new audiences with CBN programming - as we are seeking new ways to promote the Gospel of Jesus Christ to multi language audiences in Europe
Future plans:
UK : - We are revising our newsletter and in May we will send out our first 8 page newsletter! We are so excited as this will give us a better platform to communicate with our partners and get them involved more!
- In May, we are welcoming a new team member to our administration team. This will allow us to free up time to be more purposeful about fundraising and improve our communication / involvement of our current partners as well as reaching new audiences with CBN programming - in creative ways!
