Q: Can I also donate over the phone and is this secure?

A: Yes, you can also donate with your debit or credit card over the phone. We have a very secure facility in place where your card details are processed by our bank. You can even set up regular payments to The 700 Club with your debit or credit card, making giving easy and effortless.

 

Q: I have recently set up my regular support to The 700 Club. However, I have not received my free welcome CD or DVD yet. When will I receive my first Partner CD or DVD?

A: All our CD's and DVD's are sent out with our monthly newsletter which usually goes out between the 7th and the 10th of each month. You should have received it by the 15th of the month. You will always receive your first newsletter and/or CD/DVD in the month after your first donation. Sometimes this might seem long to wait - but we have to print our label report after the month has finished. If you donated in the beginning of the month, it will take until the 15th next month for your first newsletter and/or CD/DVD to arrive. We trust you understand how this works and thank you for your patience. We have not forgotten you! Q: I would like to cancel or increase my giving. How do I go about this?

A: If you donate on Standing Order, you are the only person who can cancel or change this. Just contact your bank to inform them accordingly. If you donate by Direct Debit or via debit/credit card, give us a call on 01432 270 864 and inform us of any changes. We will take care of this for you. If you donate by PayPal, just login to your PayPal account and change your recurring payment. If you need help with PayPal, email us here.
