Wouldn’t it be nice if we “busy women” could look and feel great effortlessly, where you only have to work out a few minutes a day, have beautiful, glowing skin without using a ton of expensive products, and lose weight without feeling miserable even through the holidays?
In our busy, over-committed world, laughter seems to have been lost along the way. We don’t find much of it in our everyday lives. We have to choose to follow after it. As we age, it is so easy to get overwhelmed with the varied challenges we face, and we neglect the very thing that will help us deal with our issues and challenges.
Too often we are frantic to speed things up, determined to cram big things into small spaces, and forever trying to be everything to everyone, only to realize it’s an impossible task, leaving us frustrated and stressed out.
